It is an excellent and simple property located in Old Town district near to Main Street, and shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Free breakfast and the staff is adorable. Would love to go back for a weekend.

The rooms at 99 Oldtown Boutique Guesthouse were so cosy and comfortable. I instantly felt at home with the air-conditioning and the flat-screen TV. Plus, having a private bathroom with a hot shower was a total bonus!

The only thing I didn't really enjoy was the hairdryer. It didn't work that well, but hey, it's just my personal opinion.

The accommodation had a central location to go to get the buses to Bang Rong port. Nice styled and nicely decorated units with a comfortable shower, a balcony, for example, and the staff were very amiable.

All in all everything was nice, had a very nice stay in the old town. We got room with beautiful decor and a big bathroom to relax. Peaceful central location near to a Weekend Market in front with stalls of food, and the "garden ".

Lovely room with stunning stained glass window. Perfect location in the heart of the Old Town. Quiet and peaceful stay, away from the party noise of Bangkok. Beautiful colonial building with nostalgic interior. Great breakfast in the courtyard. Efficient air conditioning. a wonderful experience.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped us book a trip to phi phi islands, get a scooter for a good price and even drove us to the bus station upon leaving. Roomes were very comfortable and were cleaned daily. The location is perfect if you want to explore Phuket town, but you could also go to Patong and Kata beach by scoote witha 15 min. ride.

I had a wonderful stay at 99 Oldtown Boutique Guesthouse Sha Extra Plus. The property is centrally located, surrounded by shops and yet very peaceful. Despite the influx of tourists, the atmosphere was calm. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The room was beautifully designed, and I especially loved the comfortable bed and stylish bathroom. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a selection of tea, coffee, ham, egg, toast. The highlight for me was the pond in the breakfast area, adding a lovely touch to the dining experience.

I recently stayed at 99 Oldtown Boutique Guesthouse Sha Extra Plus for a week during my visit to explore the charming side of Phuket. The hosts were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us, ensuring we didn't miss our ferry. The hotel's stylish design, blending Chinese and Thai influences, was a true delight, with comfortable beds and a beautifully designed interior. The location was perfect for exploring the old town and escaping the crowded beaches. Great value for money!

I stayed here one night since i had to take an early flight from Phuket Airport. This is a great place to stay in Phuket Town - i absolutely loved the colonial design, the beautiful furniture and modern bathrooms. The owners were fantastic - i had to wake up at 03.30 AM and they where both there for me, and there was even breakfast ! The owner wished me well and waved goodbye - if I come back to Phuket Town, I will come back to this place. I loved it !

The location was perfect, right in the middle of all the shops. It was surprisingly peaceful despite the number of tourists around. Plus, they offered a complimentary breakfast with tea, coffee, ham, egg, toast. I really enjoyed having it by the pond, such a nice touch!

On the downside, the breakfast was not up to par. The food was prepared in the morning and left sitting on plates, so you had to warm it up yourself.
